From the M5

• Take Junction 30 (A376/A379) ( Exeter Service Area).
• At roundabout take 3 rd exit (A379 Dawlish). After ½ mile bear left following A379 to Dawlish.
• At next roundabout (Countess Wear) take 2 nd exit A379 Dawlish.
• At next roundabout take first Exit A379 Dawlish.
• After BP Garage (on left) turn right sign posted Exminster.
• Go under the M5 Motorway Bridge and turn immediately right onto Reddaway Drive (no street name sign)
• Turn right onto Farm House Rise, Westbank is the first turning on left

From A38

• Take the A379 Junction (signposted Dawlish).
• At the Devon Hotel roundabout take 3 rd exit. (Dawlish)
• Next roundabout take 2 nd exit and join A379 Dawlish.
• After BP Garage (on left) turn right sign posted Exminster.
• Go under the M5 Motorway Bridge and turn immediately right onto Reddaway Drive (no street name sign)
• Turn right onto Farm House Rise, Westbank is the first turning on left

From Dawlish

• From Dawlish take the A379 towards Exeter.
• Go through Starcross, Kenton etc until roundabout.
• Take 1 st exit. Continue through the village and past Exminster Garage.
• Turn left onto Reddaway Drive
• Turn left onto Farm House Rise
• Westbank is the first turning on left

From Newton Abbot

• From Penn Inn Roundabout take A380 exit (signposted Exeter)
• At the bottom of Telegraph Hill, join A38. (Then follow directions ‘From A38’)

By Bus

• Take the regular 'Go 2' Stagecoach service from Exeter Bus Station to Reddaway Drive.

By Train

• The nearest train stations are Exeter St David’s or Exeter Central (approximately 15/20 minutes by road)

By Taxi

• The journey will take 15/20 minutes and will cost approximately £9.00
